I hold a deep passion for facilitating transformation and a strong belief that the power to transform can come from the smallest of actions.

We are surrounded by gifts of nature and spirit. It is our job to learn how to interpret the bread crumbs that are being left for us. I have spent a lifetime in the metaphysical and have been collecting modalities and information for many a lifetime.

As a child I transmuted energy before I knew what it was and as a teen I avoided my intuition and numbed my empathic abilities in an effort to be accepted and stay alive. Since my 20's I have been returning to the spirit world, gathering information and connecting with guides. Remembering my gifts and noticing how I use them everyday.
